What I offer
Every relationship starts with a conversation, so we can figure out together whether we're a good fit. From there, my support typically includes:
4 prenatal sessions (virtual, with one in person)
Unlimited text and email support throughout your pregnancy
On-call for continuous labor and birth support beginning at 37 weeks
Immediate postpartum support at your place of birth
Access to my network, resources, and referrals as needed
One postpartum visit once you're home
A backup doula in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance
I offer a sliding scale for families for whom the full fee isn't accessible — please don't hesitate to ask.
Our Prenatal Sessions
These four sessions are a starting point to build on. What we spend time on depends on you — your history, your questions, whatever's sitting with you at this point in your pregnancy. If something needs more than one conversation, we'll have it more than once.
We'll start by getting oriented: to each other, to what my role looks like day to day, and to what birth means to you specifically. This is also where I'll introduce how I think about informed consent and decision-making, since it shapes most of what we do from here.

This one's hands-on. We'll practice comfort measures together — breath work, movement, positioning for labor and for pushing — and I'll show your partner or support person specific ways they can help, so they feel useful rather than just present.
in person | 2 hours
We'll talk through what labor might look like, when to call me, and when to head to the hospital — plus what to expect right after birth: newborn procedures, feeding, babywearing if that interests you, and how to prepare emotionally for those first weeks home.
